By filling out a sign up form associated with Friends of the Fair and/or by submitting payment for same you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submission. If you have questions or objections you must contact us to resolve any issue prior to submission.

In consideration of your acceptance of the entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, my executors and administrators, waive any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the sponsors, hosts, coordinating groups, and any individual(s) associated with the event, their representatives, successors and assigns and will hold them harmless for any and all injuries suffered in connection with said event. Also, none of the above are responsible for the loss of personal items nor any other form of aggravation in connection with said event.

I also give permission for the free use of my name (and any other individual on behalf of whom I am making this submission) and picture in any broadcast, telecast, internet or print media account of this event. In order to exclude this permission I must obtain written agreement from Friends of the Fair.
