Here's what you need to know

Pyrotechnics Show:

Thursday, February 16th to Sunday, February 19th, 2023 you can see the fireworks from most RV spots on the Rodeo Grounds or join new friends in the Rodeo Grandstands for a great view.

RV PARKING:

Check-in begins at noon Monday, February 13th, and opens each day thereafter at noon.

Check-in closes daily at 5:30. If you arrive after 5:30, you will be asked to park near the gate until the next morning when our volunteers will get you settled into your reserved site. (Sorry, under no circumstances will RVs be parked after 5:30.)

3 Free Live Music Concerts:

Three free concerts are included with your camping registration!  Concerts are on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 3:30 - 7 pm, on the Gazebo Stage where we will also have craft beer from local Mudshark Brewery available for purchase. All beer sale proceeds benefit local youth activities - so drink up! ...and you don't have to drive to see the fireworks!

Cowboy BBQ Dinner:

Saturday 4:00 - 5:30 PM - a full BBQ dinner with all the fixings for only $20!  Buy your tickets with your camping registration to ensure you get a spot! This dinner always sells out fast.

Food Trucks:

Food Trucks will be on-site Friday through Sunday (lunch only on Saturday) so you don't have to cook or leave the Grounds. Food trucks will include a variety of offerings including locally handmade ice-cream and kettlecorn that make great fireworks snacks!

Pancake Breakfast:

The local Sea Scouts will be cooking hot pancakes and sausage Sunday from 8:00 am - 10:30 am. Buy your tickets onsite.

Pets:

We welcome all pets but please read the sound warning below. Pets must be leashed at all times and please pick up after them! This might not be the best place for skittish animals.

Reserve Sites for Next Year (2024):

**Please take note of this important policy change!**

Many people come back year after year and want the same site. We understand this and hope you can understand how difficult this has been for our volunteers to coordinate. Starting this year, if you or your group would like the same site for this event in 2024, one member of your group must be present on the final Sunday (2/19/2023) between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm to reserve the sites for your group in person. Volunteers will be available at the gazebo area during this time to help you make these reservations. You will then have one week to pay for those sites before they are released to the general public.

Road Closures:

The roads leading to the Rodeo Grounds may be closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights during the fireworks and earlier if the parking is full. Please verify road closure times before leaving the Camping Area.  The police will not let you back in if the roads are closed.

Sound Warning:

Keep in mind that there are large unannounced loud explosions all day and until about 9:30 at night. This might not be the best place for those who are easily startled, suffer from PTSD, skittish animals, or anyone who does not like loud explosions. We are only about 1/2 a mile from the blast zone, and all day long the Western Pyrotechnics Association members are launching fireworks and rockets with no warning. You've been warned.
